This video was shot in a small closet with all reflective surfaces covered with a non-reflective cloth, including the ceiling. Even the tripod and the shiny parts of the camera were covered. The nightshot function was used. The infrared light that is internal to the camera was blocked off so that no infrared light shined on the subject.  Subject was facing into the dark with two small and very shaded lamps on behind her. These lamps provided only enough ambient light so that one could see enough to set up and position the camera and tripod.  The original clip was so dark one could not tell what was exactly being filmed.  It has been lightened with photoediting software so that the subject and the action are now visible.  The clip was slowed from 30 frames per second to 3 frames per second.  

What you are observing are plasma streams from a psychotronic weapon that uploads holographic movies to the optic nerve (most often movies of mutilation or rape). A sound track is sent internally to the subject's mind along with the plasma-transmitted movie. This weapon utilizes infrared energies. Even the heat from an infrared heat lamp can penetrate the body up to three inches.  One could reason that this high-tech weapon can penetrate even more throughly.

What you are hearing is what this torture victim hears all the time 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The only difference is that it was impossible to capture the tones, harmonics, subliminal voices, screams, heavy metal music, sexual sounds, and other garbage that is transmitted at the same time.  The sound recorder was only able to pick-up the sound of the plasma and just barely (if you listen real, real hard) a few of the underlying, chanting, subliminal voices for just a few seconds.  The voices appear to be chanting, "through the looking glass." Along with the psychotronic, horror movie and sound track, terrible and excruciating physical sensations and smells are also experienced.

ExoticWarfare has attempted to put the sound track through software to isolate the chanting voices to that they may be more easily heard.  So far, the background voices have not been able to be isolated.  Admiral Byrd tried to record and isolate these sounds; he was trying to help the TIs.  Didn't he die of a fast-acting cancer?  Admiral Boorda was trying to help TIs, too, but he committed suicide with a couple of different guns.  I understand it took four bullets.

Another video taken under similar circumstances but using an infrared flashlight as the ambient light.  Care was taken to not shine the flashlight directly on the eye to avoid reflections.
