Binaural Beats 

This science presents one beating tone to one ear and another beating tone to the other ear to create a third beating tone (the mean of the two original tones) that effects mood, performance, brain wave state (beta, alpha, theta, etc.), attention, motor coordination, and other mental and bodily functions.  Could these beats put a subject in a brain wave state that would make it easier for someone to hypnotize the subject?  Would this work better if done when the subject was asleep?  Could this technique keep the subject from deep REM sleep or being able to dream?  How about the constant 24/7 tones just driving the subject over the edge?

If you hit a subject with a microwave-transmitted voice anywhere on their body (what is commonly known as a "voice to skull"  weapon), the person will hear the voice inside their head -- in their mind.

One can see the possibilities of a remotely transmitted voice combined with binaural beat techniques.  This technique is probably most effective at night when the subject is asleep and more vulnerable to suggestion.


Harmonics 

The earth and the atmosphere have their own frequencies.  This is known as the Schumann resonance.  It is the natural background frequencies of the planet biosphere. These are ELF (extremely low frequency) signals that travel from the earth's crust to the ionosphere.  Your body and mind resonate with these healthful frequencies.  The Schumann resonance is a harmonic -- like a chord on a piano.  The chemtrail and directed energy operations (HAARP, impulse radar, and space weapons -- including psychotronic weapons) are messing with the Schumann.  This means they can mess with your mind and body by messing with the natural rhythms of the atmosphere and the planet.  Persinger seems to be at the forefront of this technology:  bariumblues.com/persinger.htm


Subliminal Voices 

Guess you already know about the "don't shoplift" chants piped at a volume that you won't  consciously notice slipped in just under the higher volume of department store background music.  Guess you figured out this phenomenon might also be used in other mediums and in psychotronic weapons.


Plasma 

Can be used to transmit audiograms, frequencies, smells, physical sensations, heat, cold, popping or clicking sounds, tones, and holograms.  Plasma can also be used as a kinetic weapon to deliver blunt trauma and vibrations.  Plasma beams can be used as carrier beams for other energies -- microwaves, x-ray, radio, television, ELF, etc.
