Civilian Target Acquisition Technology

Someone sent me the following special collection:  The Civilian-Target-Acquisition-Tech Lexicon is here.  Choose "right-click save as" or just click to read the document.  It is extensive and shows an application for just about everything that happens to a person who is targeted by directed energy weapons technology.  The extracts have been selected for their specific reference to the use of Space and Electronic Warfare against civilians.

Is the military supposed to be developing and using space and electronic warfare against civilians?  The Navy has admitted to using "microwave poppers" in Iraqi neighborhoods to make the people so sick that they will not consider resisting military occupation.  The Navy stated that the CIA tells them where to place the microwave poppers.  They also stated that these poppers were making our own soldiers sick.

CNN EFFECT - A term which denotes the leading of public opinion due to quick publicity around the world of a given military action, especially by U.S. forces.

DECEPTIVE HOLOGRAPHIC IMAGING - The projection of an array of holographic images about certain locations to deceive the adversary into misallocation of resources, attention, and/or effort around the present operation.

DEFERENCE TONES - A NONLETHAL WEAPON consisting of sophisticated arrays that can project a voice, or other sound, to a particular location so that the sound can only be heard at that particular location. 

Under DEFERENCE TONES above, "sophisticated arrays" (structureless, plasma antennas courtesy of the Air Force and The Navy) can be sprayed antennae using the chemtrail spray.  On a smaller scale, there actually exists an invisible substance that can be sprayed to create a covert antennae, usually on the window shield of a person's car which can be found in the above collection under "sprayable antenna."
